Introduction
It is an Automatic Carton Sealing Machine & most suitable for Packing Cartons of Random Sizes without manual adjustments. This machine has found application in all kind of industries where packing volume is high. The machine is ideal for batch packing of uniform cartons by applying BOPP Self Adhesive Tapes. The tape is also applied properly without leaving any scope for opening up-transit,thus avoiding any kind of in-transit loss/ pilferage of the product.

Advantages
Automatic mobilization of cartons, automatic adjustable sealing widths and height,automatic tape pasting ensures smooth operation consistently with high speed. This machine can work equivalent to four manual systems. Eleven boxes can be sealed per minute; if carton / box length is 300 mm. Sealing rate is varied depending on box length, conveyor speed & feeding efficiency.
As it is connected to Semi Automatic Production Line, one layman is sufficient to control the whole operating system besides managing production.
The offered machine includes high quality's parts & components, thereby minimum maintenance is required.
This machine is easy to operate; as this machine itself takes the initiative to regulate height, width, convenient, rapid, & simple without manual conditioning.
This machine is equipped with blade guard; thereby preventing accidental stabbing operation & ensuring secure production.
